| | hey friends! I am coming to you live from my desk, b/c my mind has gotten sick of writing a study guide for myself for a midterm tomorrow. This will be one of four this week. I also have to get 3-4 hours for my Spanish practicum by Friday too, so yeah this will be fun. I'm not too worried tho, just got to take it day by day and try to study ahead so I won't have to cram in the wee hours of the morning. That never works anyway.
so this weekend was pretty uneventful. I guess. My roomie and I saw "We Are Marshall" on Friday night; that was awesome! Gosh, my eyes welled up like 10 times during that movie. I had never heard of that whole tragedy before the movie came out, and now I have all the respect in the world for that school and community. Saturday I worked away at good ol IHOP, made ok money I guess. Saturday night had some long overdue hang out time w/ a good friend. Sunday was church and then the annual spring Chorale concert. I must say it was like the lowest attendance one but oh well. It was great b/c Dr. Sowers, our director, was back from his sabbatical. We are all so glad to have him back.
I am NOT going back to the semi rut I was in. NOT GOING BACK.
After this week is over, I work on Saturday and then I'll spend the rest of the weekend getting ready for my spring break trip! Really excited!
Oh, I got a sad email from my boss from camp this summer. I had emailed him to tell him what weeks I'm coming back to camp... and he was like "well, honestly, we've offered out most of the positions and I'm not sure what you would do, maybe support staff..."  I guess I should've presigned.. but I didn't want to presign when I knew I wouldn't be back for the whole summer. So, we'll see what happens with that. I hope it works out, cuz I don't really like the thought of not going back to GLM at all.
ok ttyl! I'll be really tan and rested when I get back!
